We are committed to maintain the privacy of all information that will be provided by our customers, the goal is that you have the certainty that our company will handle with discretion, data such as name, address, contact information, payment methods, etc., will be treated as confidential.

Home deliveries will be made from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM ON THE DAYS AND TIMES INDICATED (with a minimum of 24 hours advance scheduling).

  1. The service will be delivered at the times indicated, you will be asked at the time you place your order for all the necessary information for a timely delivery of your order. In case the person has not been found at the place, time or there is a mistake when providing the shipping information, Aruma Boutique Mexico will notify by any means possible to pick up your order at any office of the parcel of your choice. In case of rescheduling to try to deliver later or at another address or on another day, an extra charge for NEW SHIPPING will be generated.
  2. Our SHIPPING COST DEPENDS ON THE kilometers, distance, zone, schedule and temporality of our service with the selected parcels. Generally our Shipping Services is already added to our home delivery rates, only the excess will be charged and you will be informed at the time of purchase prior to finalizing your purchase in the shopping cart section. Minimum purchase for shipping included is 950 Mexican pesos for national territory and $2,000 pesos for United States and Canada.
  3. Pay in advance to secure your order.
  4. All our products go through quality control before being shipped. They are wrapped and packed with great care so that you receive them in perfect condition.

As these are accessories we do not accept returns but we do accept exchanges for any damage that may have been caused during shipment. We ask you to verify the merchandise when you receive it and in case of any damage, please notify us via e-mail within 24 hours of receipt.

Please send us pictures and description of the damaged part to our email hola@arumaboutique.com the same day of receipt. After this, we will evaluate the case and contact you to proceed accordingly. In case the exchange is accepted, any expenses generated from it are the responsibility of the customer.

  1. For any reason we do not make returns or exchanges out of time and we only make exchanges due to factory defect for the same item or similar in design and cost. Upon delivery of your order, if there is any complaint, question or suggestion will be addressed and treated individually. No refunds will be made for damages or prejudices or type of cancellation since the merchandise received in the store is exclusively to cover the needs of our customers.
  2. For express home deliveries, the complete required data must be submitted along with the corresponding payment for advance delivery.
  3. For Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day or other holidays, we reserve delivery times to availability and give priority to pre-scheduled orders. And restrictions apply.
  4. All our photographs are for promotional, advertising and illustrative purposes, products may vary by season, colors, tones, designs or availability of textiles.
  5. We do not apply refunds for payments outside the indicated period, nor do we accept used products, wet, stained with any chemical product, perfumery and/or eau de cologne or any beverage and/or food sent due to damage or prejudice.
  6. Aruma Boutique Mexico will not be responsible if there is a refusal to receive the order. Shipping and/or surprise, we reserve the right to any return or refund.
