Shipping Policies

DELIVERY TIMES

We deliver Monday through Saturday from 8 am to 8 pm. In order to efficiently manage our routes and deliveries, we work with blocks of open schedule, these blocks may vary depending on the shipping location and delivery is guaranteed in a timely manner on the day and time indicated.

ADDRESSEE NOT FOUND

  1. a) Our driver's first option will be to check if you can be left with someone close to you, whether it is a family member, co-worker, at the reception desk or at a booth.
  2. b) If we are unsuccessful in any of the above options, our driver will attempt to contact you to resolve the situation (if the address is a hospital or hotel, Aruma Boutique Mexico will adhere to the reception policies of that establishment).
  3. c) In case none of the above is possible, we offer you a second delivery attempt, this is called Rescheduling. At the moment your order goes to a status of Not Delivered, you will receive a notification via e-mail or whatsapp asking you to choose one of the available times to schedule the second delivery attempt of your order. You will be able to access this screen from the notification we send you, from your order history or from the box or section in the Track My Order help area. Remember, you have 48 hours to reschedule your order, select the option that suits you best.
  4. d) In case it cannot be delivered again, after the third delivery attempt, a shipping cost will be charged according to the city of delivery. On holidays or special dates such as February 14th, May 10th, Mother's Day and Father's Day (among others), the Undeliverable Order email may arrive after 8:00 PM or the following day. In some special cases we will be forced to generate an extra charge to reschedule the shipment.

DELIVERY COVERAGES

We have deliveries within Mexico, United States and Canada. We deliver to private homes, offices, industrial parks, schools, hospitals, hotels, shopping malls and restaurants. To make delivery possible it is very important that you provide us with all the information requested when filling out the recipient's information when placing your order and that you include exact delivery references.

For reasons beyond Aruma Boutique Mexico's control, in some cases we must adhere to the reception policies of the delivery establishment, where for safety or hygiene reasons we are only allowed to enter up to the reception or booth, please check with the establishment the policies of that location.

What if they can't deliver?

If delivery is not possible at that location, do not worry, your order can be rescheduled within 24 hours to a new address.

Shipping to Hospitals

Due to internal policies, most hospitals do not accept deliveries inside patient rooms, so we suggest you change and send to another address.

In case you wish to deliver within the Hospital facilities in an administrative area, we require the following information and you can add it in the references within your address:

  • Full name of hospital
  • Complete hospital address
  • Recipient's full name
  • Room and area where the recipient is located
  • Recipient's position (in case he/she works there)
